Photo series show beauty is not about symmetry of face

New York-based photographer Alex John Beck explores the question, "Are symmetrical faces the most beautiful?", in his photography series, 'Both Sides Of'. He takes a photo and forms two portraits of what the subject would look like if the left and right sides of their faces are mirrored. The results seem to suggest that the symmetry/beauty theory doesn't quite hold true. Look and decide for yourself

Meet Victoria's Secret's newest Angels

Unprecedented for Victoria's Secret, the US lingerie company announced on 28 April 2015 that 10 models have been given the coveted title of "Angel". The company has traditionally been extremely selective over which models were given the title. Before this announcement, there were only five Angels: Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel and Lily Aldridge. The 10 new models replace two veteran Angels: Karlie Kloss, who left the company last year and Doutzen Kroes, whose contract will expire later this year. Check out the new Angels below

Luxurious airline suites for those with deep pockets

Putting the most luxurious interiors into big jets is the kind of work that US-based Greenpoint Technologies does, and pictures of its completed design work will make your jaws drop.

The company will not disclose who its clients are who order customised jets, but they reportedly include heads of state and celebrities. UK's Daily Mail reported that the cost to design one such cabin interior is around the S$200 million mark, and to buy the whole plane is about S$530 million. Dogs with bee-stung faces

The curiosity of these dogs got them into trouble as they ended up with bee stings that, while not life-threatening, caused them pain and itch. Some also experienced other allergic reactions. Many of their owners said their pets got this way after eating a bee.
